heavy stuttering when switching from a monitor to another

donnu if im sharing the video correctly, but pretty much i have been stuck with this problem since two or three months ago, i reseted the version of the adrenaline thing, checked rams, everything im daring to do but get in the bios
every time i go to navigate or do random stuff on my monitor and switch AND CLICK to my other monitor where i usually play i suffer HEAVY FRAME drops for like 5 secs then it regains the 144+ fps, its constant, happens everytime, PC is pretty much new, only used to play average stuff, lets say the most heavy thing is tarkov that requires CPU, it was fine before donnu if i touched some stuff "by accident"
