We’re in the Fine Jewelry space and just getting started on eBay and occasion when we list things we will get an offer or a purchase request from an account that was created same day and we usually have an overseas location but a shipping address in the US. Has anyone encountered anything similar? What do I make for this? Our items do go through authenticity guarantee. Is a risk risky to be accepting these bids and offers?
