We’ve been using Teksavvy for about 8 years but recently the prices have gone up and we are constantly losing connection. Our router is about 4 years old. Last time we replaced it the issues improved but it was really annoying. My two Minecraft loving teens are rioting.

Our phones are though virgin plus. Does anyone have experience with virgin’s wifi? Or other reasonably priced options? Or should a router just routinely be replaced?

I had frozen shoulder on my left side 2 years ago and it seems like it’s now starting on my right side. I had started HRT just a few months before my left shoulder went but had no idea that it could be related to estrogen. I went through months and months of Physio/acupuncture and pain and want to avoid that again if possible. I just booked a dr visit to confirm it’s actually frozen shoulder, and want to ask about increasing my estradiol dosage (currently 0.5 tablet). Has anyone else had success dealing with FS by doing this? If so what was your recovery like?
