I’ve tried heating the bolt up and beating it with a hammer a bunch of times but it seems to be seized to the actual shock. Ive also tried to use an impact but it doesn’t help. I don’t want to ruin my shocks or lower control arm just to get the bolt off but I don’t know what else to do. Please help me out, it would be very appreciated.

it is a 2004 Toyota 4Runner 4WD
