Hey gang—found myself in a situation where I could land a nice new client this year—they are a property rental/management company with rentals available in several markets.

They approached me via a referral to produce a sales video & an onboarding video—both longer videos, between 5-8 minutes.

I quoted the project at $3,500 total to cover production, editing, licensing, etc. I shoot on the Sony FX2, I’ve got a decent amount of gear now, lighting, audio, the whole shebang. The response I got back was “this is significantly higher than I expected.”

Did I shoot too high? Should this have been lower? Scratching my head.
