Can someone help me with why I am unable to cashout. It's been 4 days now, I play, complete the challenges, it shows my coins converted, & I get the notification that my payout is ready but when I click on it it brings me to the timer counting down 3hrs & when I click on CASHOUT it tells me to wait until the time expires & my coins will convert to money but on the Home screen it already shows I have $14.52 converted? I messaged HELP several times sent screen shots & recordings but never get a reply.
