Is anybody else feeling overwhelmed? I’m a css and I’ve been working with the company for a while. I used to love coming to work. I liked the inventory, leading my associates, helping out with problems, managing customers, but lately it feels like Wawa just wants to pile more and more stuff on us. I also feel like if we all spoke up about how we were actually feeling nothing would get done. I wish we could like riot or something, because between mystery shop, 5 ft, votc, cycle counts, fsra, managing the food, the associates, the customers, and that’s not even all of it, I’m ready to scream.

Hi, I’m just wondering from other css’s in the area; do you guys do weekly css recaps to your management team? And if you do, what do you guys put in them? My gm wants me to lead this, but I’m not sure what info I should put
