How we process pallet-level electronic returns (RMA) instead of letting them sit in expensive warehouses
One of the biggest silent profit killers for e-commerce brands and tech distributors in Europe is customer returns (RMA).
Many sellers either liquidate full pallets for 5-10% of their value or pay continuous storage fees.
In our workshop, we focus purely on bulk, component-level B2B refurbishment (gaming gear and small electronics):
The Process: We receive returned stock by the pallet, run full diagnostic checks, replace faulty components (microswitches, encoders, PCB traces), deep clean, and repack them.
The Result: Restoring 80-90% of "defective" inventory back to Grade-A / Renewed status so it can be re-sold at full value.
I’m curious to learn how other business owners here manage their reverse logistics and return stock. Do you outsource RMA processing or handle it internally?
