difference from “modern pilates”
Okay. I know the difference between classical pilates and Lagree…but I always get stumped when people ask me what the difference between Lagree and Solidcore, tremble, etc. I know the difference as they are trying to be Lagree without investing in it…but how can I explain it as someone trying to sell Lagree to people only familiar with modern pilates?
