I made a payment of hostel fee via grayquest...

Fee is disbursed from grayquest ...

To GITAM

Its been 15 days but payment receipt is not genrated

In gitam pay website payment history option

... i contacted gitam helpdesk and finance dept

But they are neglecting the issue....

Im a bit serious on this because

They wont accept hostel room selection when i cant show payment receipt...as it didnt come

Last year it happend ...they are very much

Money minded they wont think that this student has been there for 2 years here...in this terms..

Anyone facing the same issue??

When i came for supply exams... They didnt allow me to enter hostel room without payment ...even when i said i will pay by evening... Parents were a bit busy...

I checked my university guidelines and it says that if a student fails to earn the required credits for promotion, they will be put on academic probation. It also mentions that students should earn a minimum of 60% of total registered credits before progressing to the third academic year, otherwise they will be put on probation.

I currently have below 60% credits, so I’m confused about what exactly happens next. Going to 3rd year .next

From the guideline, I understood two possible meanings:

1. Academic probation is mainly a warning period, and the student can still continue studying in the programme while clearing backlogs.

OR

1. The student is not allowed to join until they clear enough backlogs and obtain 60% credits.

The guideline also says:

• “The student can rejoin the programme upon meeting the required criteria at the end of the academic probation period.”
• “Two continuous years of academic probation may lead to dismissal.”

So does probation mean:

• temporary warning/monitoring status?
• conditional promotion?
• or complete stop until backlog clearance?
• It says student can rejoin does it mean after clearing backlogs?

If anyone experienced this or knows how universities usually implement this rule, please explain.
