First Time Going to the Gym — Need Advice
I’m 22, 5’3, around 130 pounds, and trying to get bigger and build muscle. Tomorrow will be my first time going to the gym and honestly I don’t really know what I should do when I get there.
I’m a short guy/midget so sometimes I feel intimidated starting out, but I still wanna improve myself and get stronger.
What should beginners focus on first? Any advice on workouts, eating more calories/protein, or avoiding mistakes would help a lot.
