Started on March 24 and here are my results so far of consistent routine. Happy so far and excited to see what the 6 month mark will look like!

All same length at 1.5mm, I haven't been as consistent on month 2 but thankfully haven't lost my gains

Routine

5% minoxidil twice a day (switched to foam on month 2)

Derma rolling once a week (0.5mm length)

I feel like my progress isn't symmetrical, my right side has much less covarage so I'm a bit discouraged but I will stay consistent anyways

My moustache is my pride and joy and it's insanely awesome seeing it grow so quickly.

I just use it once a day before bed + Derma Stamp every 4-5 days

Made this post 6 months ago, so adding another update on my journey.

I use topical twice a day. I use 0.05% Tretinoin just before, no wait time after Tret, just Minox straight on. I take 2.5mg oral once a day. I stamp roughly once a week. I used to be much more consistent on stamping and I do think it's important just sometimes run out of time. I keep the hair short so the treatments can get to the skin. Still hoping for more improvement and going to stay consistent for another year.

I’m 24 and I want to know IF I HAVE OK GENETICS SO FAR IN MY JOURNEY. I just grew it out and I don’t plan on keeping it, i just want to know if I’m at an ok start before I plan to start min or wait a couple more years to see if my beard gets better.

I love Mediterranean food plus swimming, weights and waking up with purpose…

First photo is when I started in on September 2, 2025. Other 3 are today. Photo 2 is the right cheek, 3 is the left cheek (needs to catch up frfr) and 4 is chin/neck. A lot of my chin hairs are red, which is annoying as hell and makes it look patchy, but it is what it is.

I'm 26, couldn't grow anything except what you see in photo 1, dad didn't have a beard either just a goatee.

The mustache was already grown in but the cheeks and under my lips were 1 month

Hair in front growing back slow and really thin and some white hairs in between doc won’t prescribe fin hopefully good results in next 3 months the I heard month 4 and 5 is when you see good progress

Can anyone please take a look at this and tell me what my chances are of growing a full beard? I’m not confident that I’ll ever get, but based on what you see, can you honestly tell me what my chances are? It’s been five days. I have been using the man matters Beard Growth Kit.

First Pic is nov 2024, second around 1 year later (dec 2025) last Pic is today, 7/2/26 (18 month update). Around 1.5 months of growth, with a beard trim and shape up yesterday. I plan on continuing for at least another year. 1ml liquid twice daily, castor oil once daily, dermastamp 1.25mm once a week.

Been on the sauce for 3 weeks now ! Should I trim the sideburns??

I’m 2.5 years in and I just don’t stop shedding. I’m going through my 5th major shedding phase and it just seems like all my fucking beard is falling again and again and again and it never stops. I don’t know what to do anymore I just don’t understand why so many hairs just don’t ever get terminal and have to shed soooooo many times. At this point I’m not even sure I can ever have a beard although when I’m not shedding I have a full beard. I’ve already posted here a few times about this and I have never seen anyone go through this.
