Im about to get some Costco foam and get to work, I've read the wiki, it had great info but I still have a few questions:

1.When applying minoxidil foam, should i hould I leave my hair as is, trim down to a 1 guard, or shave down my entire face?

2. Should I derma roll once every 10 days at .5? Does it really work or is it a placebo effect?

3. Do i apply the foam just on the sides? What if I want it to grow under my lip?

*. My goal is to be able to turn my thin vellus hairs to thick terminal ones and have a thick full beard or a nice stubble beard, i did see awesome results on the forum and I know that my results may vary. Thanks in advance for all the advice!
