But since last couple days I been adding tretinoin, and yesterday I got some sleep issues
I slept for 10-12 hours and still was not feeling well, was asleep
And today my heart started hurting and got heart palpitations, so I started be anxious and it added more stress lmao
What your advice? I didn’t used minox today though
Should I stop? Or should I use it without tretinoin?

Whats up guys, started using minox with absolutely NOTHING on my face expect 10 tiny hairs on chin and mustache. That was December 2025, and after pictures is now, May 2026.
I’m pretty happy of results but I want full boxed short beard, so I finna do it for 1-2 years straight. Using foam and liquid minox, depending on what part of the day.
My question is shave it or keep it? Didn’t shave for ten days and then trimmed 5mm.
