Honestly I wish a song from Hurry Up Tomorrow would get this kind of attention but I think it's too soon for that. I wonder if In The Night will get a revival given it's similar to Love Me Harder in being a catchy, upbeat pop tune contrasted with dire lyrics.

most artists can't hold your attention past 3 minutes without recycling the same hook. abel built an entire atmosphere here and let it breathe for nearly 8 minutes without it ever feeling bloated. the production is cold, paranoid, nocturnal which is literally what the album is about. every section earns its place. the slow build, the way it evolves without ever announcing itself, the outro that just dissolves.
