Yes, rogues, but is that the only way? I've killed approx. 20 rogues now, and none of them have had the parts, and only a couple even had a backpack. If this is another 3 day event, it would be very disappointing.
Since yesterday, the servers seem to go down every hour or so, and when they are up, they're extremely slow. Have you noticed?
Does Glukhar have certain locations he spawns at, or is it just completely random? I've killed Reshala twice at big red and once at fortress, but haven't seen Glukhar at all.
