How do you stay consistent when motivation always fades?
24 (M) and I keep falling into this same cycle. I'll get excited to learn coding or start going to the gym, do it for a bit, then one day I just... don't. And then weeks pass. The motivation is there at the start but it never lasts and I genuinely don't know why. I really want to change this because I know I'm capable of more. How do you guys actually stay consistent? Any advice would mean a lot.
