Has anyone else had a bad shipping experience with HOKA?

I ordered a pair of clothes on May 1 and received a shipping confirmation with a DHL tracking number on May 4. Since then, there has been absolutely no update on the tracking it’s already 16

I even contacted DHL in my country directly, and they told me the shipment was never actually dispatched to them. So it feels like only the label was created.

What makes this even more frustrating is the customer support experience. Every response feels automated or AI-generated, with the same generic “we are reviewing the process” replies over and over again. It honestly feels impossible to speak to a real human who can actually explain what’s going on.

I’m disappointed because I’ve seen so many runners recommend HOKA, and I was genuinely excited for my order. Now I’m just confused and frustrated.

Has anyone experienced something similar with HOKA shipping or customer service? Did your order eventually arrive?
