My first week reminded me of getting a tattoo⬇️

You might feel a burn. You might feel tingling. You might feel a little lightheaded because of the burn or the tingling. But your brain realizes what it brings because you’ve been made aware and adjusts your fear to get through, knowing that it will be finished soon.

Supplements like Maca root?

Does anyone take any specific supplements or vitamins for blood pressure, heart health, sexual dysfunction etc. along with Lexapro?

Shout out to everyone who’s on day 7-10.🙏🏻

I’m on my ninth day, still getting the hot flashes every couple hours and little spurts of confusion. How are you feeling?

Has anyone else experienced these symptoms between 3 and 5 hours after taking their dose and then feeling a big relief around 8 or 9 hours after? I’m on my sixth day and this has been the worst one on my stomach.

I’m on 10mg day 5 and the biggest side effect so far is short bursts of heat all over. Anyone else?

Hello everyone. I’m 53 years old and one year ago I had an unexpected panic attack with no history of anxiety. The doctors believe that it was sparked from low blood sugar. The experience really caught me off guard and really shook me up, I thought I was having a heart attack. I went through test after test from heart, lungs, colonoscopy, endoscopy, and all my results were normal. Ever since the incident, my brain has created anticipatory attacks, causing my heart rate to escalate in panic, which results in sometimes calling paramedics and still end up being fine. The only thing I had taken during this time was hydroxyzine and it got to the point where my brain overpowered it. Now, here I am almost exactly a year later, on my fourth day of Lexapro. I am managing the side effects ok, hot flashes here and there, still some heart racing if I think about it, but still groggy. I hope things get better. 🤞🏻
