What do you get when you mix FedEx and UPS?

seruously though I placed an order on Thursday and paid for 2 day Saturday delivery. Saturday comes and goes. No big deal I’ll get it Monday. Well since Saturday it’s said the package is sitting at a location about 75 minutes from me.

So today when I saw it still there I said I’m going to just call them and see if I can go get it. Well I get someone on the phone and he tells me my package is sitting at a facility that’s only 10 minutes away. So he creates a ticket for me to pick it up. Mind you I triple checked with him. I said are you sure it’s there. On my end it shows it’s in a different city. Well of course when I go to pick it up they tell me it’s still at the facility that’s 75 minutes away.

And it’s at facility with no phone and no customers. So I can’t even go there or call to see if it’s actually there. oh yea and if I were to pick it up I have to pay a fee for pick up. Even though I already paid for 2 day shipping.

im not blaming TMK. But I did ask them for a refund on the shipping I paid for. At this point it looks like I’ll need a refund on the whole order because it feels like it’s never coming.

i made an oder and I feel like the changed how you choose your shipping. so I just jar the standard free shipping. it said it would take over a week to get here. it ended up coming today instead of Friday like it said. but also I finally decided to count the tablets in the bottle. there was supposed to be 50. well there wasn’t. there was actually 51. so thanks for the freebie lol. i also got a free 5 pack of the bio tabs. But am i crazy or did they change how you choose your shipping?

I ordered the 50 mg peach and they sent me the orange freedoms by mistake. if you’re someone who chews your tabs they’re great because the flavor is awesome. but for me with a high tolerance who swallows them, I don’t like them. the shape makes them so much harder to swallow. they’ve gotten stuck in my throat a few times. they refunded me the difference but I really wish I could of just gotten the peach i ordered . I’m not mad at then or anything I know these things happen. I just wish it wouldn’t have 😅
