Has anyone experienced blood in dog diarrhea? I have a 10 month old chinese crested and it started like 4 days ago.

She was completely fine before, no problems with digestion. she was and still is eating well, playing, going outside happily everyday and just in general seems fine. however, she has only diarrhea and usually it also has blood in it.

Worth mentioning that we changed her food last week. she was eating hills food before and now we swapped it to royal canin. could this be the problem? should we swap the food back?

Waiting for advices from other people that experienced blood in dog diarrhea. should we rush to the vet or it could be fixed with food?
