Anyone else experiencing this issue? (Can’t generate a Label for either me as a seller or as a buyer)
Background I have been on Depop for over 8 years now, and have never experienced this issue. I have been at this address for a year now and have been shipped/shipped out many an item. All of the sudden, about 5 days ago people messaged me saying that their label would not generate and a QR code couldn’t be generated. I as well am trying to ship an item and can’t generate a label. I’ve reached out to technical support and finally got past the AI help bot.
Attempted fixes:
Deleted and reinstalled app.
There was a recent update but it didn’t resolve the issue.
Tried printing out a label via the computer but it won’t populate even there.
Tried refunding sale and having them rebuy the item but pulled the same error.
Any advice or fixes? Is anyone else experiencing this?
