Yesterday I posted about lipo batteries asking for tips, information, etc. Today my bf decided he wanted to try lihv batteries and asked me to ask here 😅 are there any notable differences in caring for the batteries? What's better to use? What's more sturdy? What's the safest? How is it with lifespan? Or anything else a newbie in the RC world should know?

Me and my bf just both got new RC's (we both had one before these) and while I have NiMH batteries which I'm quite comfortable with as I had them before, my bf decided to get Lipo batteries. Is there something to know about them? The Lipo batteries are currently charging while inside of a Lipo safe, that is ok right?
Note: please talk to me like I'm 5, I'm in no way an expert even tho I got my first RC car about 10 years ago, but I didn't "play" with RCs for at least 6 years as the only car I had was broken, and I got back to "playing" with rc cars maybe two years ago after my bf repaired my then only RC.
