Me and my wife just had our first ultrasound, we had been told we were around 7 weeks (adding some weeks for gestational age but we know exactly when baby was conceived) and we are measuring 5w4d, is this cause of concern?? I never understood why they add weeks if you know exactly when the baby was conceived. 5w4d is right on track if we are going based on ovulation.
