Famous last words...

I said the words and got proven wrong..."at least people can't make them any uglier."

Edit to add: I forgot to note that the finish quality was bizarre. The Reddit video player makes it hard to see. It's not matte like some cars, it's more flat like cheap house paint. It was incredibly wall-like in person.

I scratched the bottom lens less than 10 minutes into ownership. Then I scratched it again on another day. I'm not sure if it's just on mine, but the camera lock is very loose, and removing the cover often turns it. I am used to all my other drones where I just pop the cover and set it down. Well, on the 360, the lens contacts the pavement. Sigh. Also, if you put it into the case with the lens down...the cover comes off as you pull it out, so watch for that before putting it down.

Anyway, I have a lens kit on order but there's no ETA. Anyone aware of a place with the kits in stock?

Second question; ideas on removing the lenses without the special tool? I'd happily swap lenses, as I rarely need the upwards video, and mostly care about the downward side. I've tried lightly with a plastic tool but can't get enough connection to remove it. I don't want to damage the ring.

Sad photo added so you can all laugh at me.

^(Glad I tested this before trying to use that stupid cable for transfers. So...upgrade your cable if you want maximum transfer rate, which is pretty important with the size of these files.)

^(How did I test this?)

^(Treedix USB cable tester, and also an app that reports the exact speeds each device is capable of on my computer. The tester also reports it as an under 65w cable, which means you can't parallel charge batteries in the charger. I didn't actually test this as my batteries are full right now.)
