AIO My neighbor dropped this comment in building's group chat (translation below)

First of all, here is the translation of the chat. Non-native English speaker here.

A: I just met the owner of the tourist rental and she is a pretty little blonde who takes your breath away.

• Me: ...
Out of line comment

A: I don't agree
Sense of humor isn't a bad thing

• Me: It's not a joke comment. Let's not normalize these situations, please

• A: Look, this isn't about sexism, but it's not about LGBTQ either. They sent me a WhatsApp to ask for the key to the rooftop to install internet and I thought I'd find the guy from 1st floor 3rd door, but the surprise was massive. It's no sin to find a girl beautiful and attractive and to express it.
And empowered too

• Me: A, with all due respect, I won't argue anything else. The community chat is for community matters. Not to debate the physical appearance of a person who isn't even here. It's not right, not even as a joke. And topics that have no place here are already being mentioned. I'm closing the topic.

• A: I didn't know it was an official community chat. I apologize.

• B: Official or not, comments that can be offensive are totally unnecessary and should be left for a "personal" setting.

Out of nowhere, one totally random day, my neighbor decides to open the neighborhood group chat and start this conversation. None of the other neighbors said a word (the person replying in the chat at the end is my husband). Later on, I noticed this guy left the chat, and then the building manager added him back in. He’s an older man and has already had several out-of-line moments over other issues. I know I’m not going to change him, and that he comes from a different era, but I’m not going to stop calling out this kind of behavior either.
Once, we had an issue with complaints in the building because some neighbors have a very old dog that occasionally has accidents in places it shouldn't (the owners always rush to clean it up). This man's response was: 'Don't worry, nature will soon solve this problem... it's just a matter of time.' He is always dropping shitty comments like that. AIO?
