Colossus (Age of Apocalypse)

Colossus builds Osmium Prowess, which also gives Armor, and against Skill Champions grants Physical Penetration. He can double tap Block to activate a burst and extend his Combo. He has access to Unstoppable and Counterpunch, and is Immune to Disorient, Bleed, Incinerate, Coldsnap, and Frostbite. He can prevent Regeneration while the opponent is under 5%.

Ghost Rider (Reyes)

Ghost Rider has easy access to a Grit Passive, and can stack Soul Barbs and Ignition Buffs. He is Immune to Bleed and Incinerate, and can Power Gain.

Carina

Agatha Harkness

Agatha steals Power on every Basic Attack, and can gain Amplifies. She inflicts Atrophies, and places an AoE field with her Special 1. She can copy certain Buffs for herself, and is able to Destroy others as well. She gains Steadfast against Cosmics, and can Regenerate damage from Incinerate and Nova Flame.

Spider-Man (Symbiote)

Spider-Man builds three types of Buffs - Energize, Expertise, and Vitality. On Specials he gains a Cruelty Buff and an Evade that grants Regeneration when it triggers. He can stack lots of Armor Breaks and has a True Accuracy Buff.

Cable

Cable has 100% Poison Resistance, and stacks Degenerations on his Heavy. He gains Power Efficiency and can trigger Regeneration upon crossing a bar of Power. He can inflict Daunted and Incinerate with his Special Attacks.

Hobgoblin (Phil Urich)

Hobgoblin inflicts lots of Incinerate Debuffs, and rewards throwing Specials when the opponent is Dashing. He can trigger Heal Blocks, Steadfast, or Energy Vulnerability based on when he activates a Special, and can gain an Instinct Passive. He will be available in a Double Track as well.

Black Tarantula

Black Tarantula builds Combo very quickly, and stacks Cunning from it. Ther e is a cooldown on his Special 2 that is reduced when Cunning is gained. He has access to Evade during Special Attacks, and can place a Halt Passive. He doesn't benefit from Willpower, but instead has a constant Passive Regen. All modifications to his Regen Rate are inverted as well.
