I swear my happy trail keeps getting thicker lol. Don't ask me what I do for abs, I don't train abs haha. I guess my pushups work the core but that's about it
Depending on the light, my happy trail either looks thick or barely visible. Dark blonde hair is funny, it looks brown until it doesn't lol. Anyway I started to actually properly train my arms recently and already see some good progress that I'm proud of :)
