Don’t talk yourself down.

I celebrated 50 camps this week and I looked at how many other people had already hit 100 & above. Then I realized how big 50 was for me! I have never worked out, or stepped into a gym, 50 times in one year.

Just saying good job to all of you! It took me awhile to hit my 50, but I’m pushing for 100 by the end of the year!

This time last year…

I know the technique is a bit shit but this is actually one of my fave videos from 2025 I have.

I had an injury from my sport that took me out of my training for my sport as well as my compound lifts só I could only train upper body at a reduced capacity to not overwork myself while recovering and no lower body training whatsoever

This was about a week after my physio cleared me to train compound lifts again só I was pretty proud of myself for being able to get back into things and push myself as well

Moral of the story never let an injury stop you from coming back stronger…. It definitely payed off for me and my sport as I had an inter club tournament shortly after being cleared to train again and I placed in both my events (3rd in sparring and 1st in patterns - ITF Taekwondo)

Muscles aren't very visible yet, but I am making progress!

Just wanted to share my progress pics I took today after my upper body session! I've been aiming to focus on "showing up" to motivate consistency. As well as working on bettering my diet with more whole foods! :))

Workout Routine!

Heyyyy! I do upper/lower twice a week, 1 day arms and if I’m not tired, I’ll do either another leg or back/shoulder day! How do you all split your workouts!?
