Appeals Council Denial
I sent in a 6-page brief describing everything the judge did incorrectly during my hearing, including insisting upon having an ME present in a separate letter but not asking them a single question. Submitted images from my falls and bleeding leaks w bruises/stitches/descriptions but each photo was not individually dated; he said “we don’t submit evidence the same as normal trials in this setting” yet I wasn’t asked to date them or asked for the date.(teams video call)
Now I have to appeal in federal court after 3y of $0 income. I hate that I was forced to pay into this program for 27y and when I need it, nope. And yes both the CE and mental examiners stated “severely impaired.” Doesn’t matter. Yes I tried at multiple junctures to get an atty. My supplies cost $300+ pm and if you don’t see a doc regularly, it’s a no. I have to choose: have medical supplies or pay to see a doc, not both. No TX doesn’t allow me to be on Medicaid.
So upset and fed up w this broken system. To top it all off, I’m now a chronic migraine w auras sufferer. I was gifted an MRI for my bday and it was proven. :( Can’t afford to have a PCP review the results, but I could read that line clearly.
