I went to a local bike shop near me. The reason being was that my bike started clicking. I couldn't hear it just felt it. They guy took a chain tool and did something with the chain. Then pretty much immediately after said that i need a new chain. He also said that the current gear wouldn't be accepting of a new chain(thats if i heard him correctly. I'm not sure if what the guy said is true or not. Just thought I'd get a second opinion.

I was using Google lens and it said that this is a structural crack. I found a similar line on my other rim. Is I an actual structural crack or just how it was made.
