What are the most notable kraftwerk bootleg moments?

I'm listening to a lot of bootleg recordings lately, and I really love when you hear special versions of songs or completely different compositions. One example is the super early first ever version of showroom dummies that they played live before it came out. Does anyone have other favorite moments from bootleg recordings that stand out?

Don't reset your cradle (worst mistake of my life)

Almost got fully upgraded cradle after non-stop rook runs, decided to upgrade it and reset everything, going back to zero cradle feels terrible, you can really notice how slow you are, how slow your stamina takes to rebuild, etc... the downgrade is crazy! I feel like having a fully upgraded cradle is faarrrrr better then resetting and grinding again, is the only benefit a skin?

Why does Rook ultimate (self-healing) not heal shields?

It would make the ult alot more useful, does it only heal non-shield health? Why? How do you as a rook use it effectively
