Expertise on wherr to prune/ cut these Mr. Lincoln Roses...please

Hello, would like to know where to cut these roses. And one more question, is it normal for Mr. Lincoln full blooms to only blast a couple of days on the vine?

Can this be corrected? Or did I destroy this beautiful Sugar Moon?

I don't believe properly cut this plant. It had been planted in the front yard but we had to move it to a pot in the back. The stems are growing thin and horizontal and there a bunch of harder stems that nothing is growing.Georgia USA
