I very recently modded my wii for the first time following a youtube tutorial. Everything was going smooth, and eventually I got to the part were I needed to add the games (downloaded them from vimms and unzipped them with 7zip), when I added Mariokart, Lego lotr, and Lego Harry Potter. Mariokart ran like a dream (which got my hopes up😢), then when I tried the other two the screen just turned black and my remote wouldn't turn back on. Not sure what's wrong considering I did the two lego games the same way I did Mariokart. I would appreciate any advice, I attached photos of my setup in case anything looks off

Can anyone tell what this sound is? It started out of nowhere, and it gets louder when I depress the accelerator and comes down as I come off it but it's always there even when just idling
