Title H-1B Approved Until 2029, H-4 I-539 Pending but Visas Valid Until 2027 — Safe to Travel & Re-enter?

H-1B approved till 2029. Wife & kid H-4 extension (I-539) pending, but H-4 visas valid till 2027. Can we travel & re-enter safely on existing H-4 visas? Will pending I-539 be affected or cause issues at CBP/I-94? Any 2025–26 experiences or attorney advice?

Filed H1B along with H4 in premium processing, receipt date for all is 10th July 2026. H1B approved on 20th Jul 2026. But H4 case transferred, no updates until now. H4 receipt number starts with SRC. Do anyone know the timeline & how to expedite.
