I have had the Buds Pro 2 for the last 3 years and I have been pretty happy with them but i want to upgrade. What are the best options taking audio, transparency mode primarily into consideration. And is it worth taking wired into consideration

I had some video recordings that i accidentally wrote over with OBS, i tried using R Studio but the files are too big for the demo version, I can see that they are recoverable and where they were last seen. Is there a way to recover without having to pay the 80$ license?
