Got my Charge 6 Yesterday!!
Coming from the Flip 5 to this, I was certainly not disappointed. Not particularly with the sound quality being better because obviously I expected it to be, but the ease of life features as well. Simple things like having an actual EQ and being able to tune your speaker to your liking instead of being forced to stay with JBL’s out of box sound is so much better, or being able to charge other devices like my phone when I don’t have any other charging sources, the much better Bluetooth 5.4 version compared to the flips 4.2 allowing me to stay connected further, through walls and rooms I couldn’t have went before with my phone and obviously the better sound with much deeper bass and clearer mids and highs is very pleasing. Some of these things are things that were simply not possible on the Flip 5. With all being said, the Flip 5 is still a great speaker and I will still be keeping and using it at home sometimes, although the battery is degraded and the performance has declined. It has served its purpose for a long time and an upgrade was overdue. (Also the camo/squad color way is amazing imo😍)
