Should a mature adult man who doesn't have a partner completely abstain from masturbation?

I wanted to ask if a man over 30 who doesn't have a sexual partner, who isn't disordered or addicted, should completely abstain from masturbation?

I understand that watching porn is wrong and in most cases has negative consequences.

I'm asking because I'd like to understand the context. I'm 30 years old, I don't have sex, and I'm single. After a few days without porn and masturbation, I start having morning erections, and after a while, I start soiling my underwear both at night and during the day.

What should the behavior of a healthy man who doesn't have sex look like?
