30th Ann Ultra Premium Boxes
Hi everyone! This is my first time making a post here. I was obsessed with Pokémon cards as a kid (collected around the Diamond and Pearl era) but I fell off of it for a long time. Late last year I got into playing Magic the Gathering, and I regained my love for Pokémon cards recently because of that. I got a Pitch Black ETB and got the gold Mega Darkrai EX with my girlfriend and have been loving it.
With the 30th Anniversary coming up, I was hoping to get some advice on how to realistically obtain both the “Day” and “Night” variants of the Ultra Premium Collection later this year. I can afford to pay over MSRP (within reason lol), but my concern at this point is just availability.
My local card shops have no idea if they’ll even be able to get them and seeing the Pokémon Center queues crack 15 hours today and unlock with a whole site OOS has pretty much solidified my feelings around trying NOT to use that to get it. I also have seen my Target get totally demolished after restocks.
Any advice would be really appreciated! Thanks everyone!
