Upgrading advice

I want to upgrade my computer a little bit, im currently using a 4070 gpu, 32gb ddr4, ryzen 5 5600g (idk why i got the G i bought it when i didnt know anything), i want to upgrade because of modded minecraft, it runs at super slow speeds and i have to host the worlds myself when i play with friends, and regardless if im hosting it is still getting like 30fps. i was looking at the 7800x3d and motherboards and stuff but mainly i wanted to ask 1 what SHOULD i upgrade for that and 2. if i do go am5, is 16gb of ram enough because shilling out 600 bucks for 32gb is rough, also if i do just get 16gb would i then later be able to get a second stick of ram?

thanks all for any help or advice whatsoever.

[PC][2010s] 2 players in one car, first-person, aiming a pistol around your own driver's head to shoot the other team

Trying to find a game I saw a YouTuber play, probably 5+ years ago (could be older).

What I remember:

* On PC * Two players share a car, one drives, one shoots, both in first-person * The shooter has a pistol and has to aim it around the driver's head to hit the other team, since the driver's head/body blocks the view/shot * The driver can lean forward and back to dodge the shooter's line of fire (not sure if this was to help enemies avoid getting shot, or just physics-based movement) * Pretty sure it was last-one-standing / arena style rather than a race with a fixed destination, no strong memory of "driving to a finish line" * I think it was multiplayer (not 100% sure), possibly indie * I'm pretty sure the driver was wearing a suit, like a chauffeur of sorts

Not Calibre 10 Racing Series, the only thing I could find that's even similar, but not quite it.

Any ideas appreciated, even if you just recognize the driver-dodge mechanic, that'd help narrow it down.

SOLVED:

The game is called The London Heist (PSVR, 2016) and it is specifically the car scene (obviously), i have no idea where i actually saw this though...

CPU recommendations

What is the best price for performance CPU, from my probably outdated information ryzen was best but i haven't really looked at it for a while. this is where im getting most of my info from https://au.pcmag.com/processors/65778/the-best-cpus, primarily i am looking at the intel 270k, because my current setup is all AM4 but i want to upgrade to AM5 and dont particularly want to spend a billion dollars on ram and motherboards. So what CPU is best price for performance, also looking at this AMD RYZEN 7 9800X3D 8-Core, 16-Thread Desktop Processor. also yes i know intel doesn't use AM5 but i have an AM4 motherboard so doesn't really matter, but either way im going to have to buy cooler, cpu, ram, and motherboard anyway :(

edit: b650m motherboard and ryzen 5 5600g, i want to upgrade because the games im playing dont run as well as i would want them to with a 4070 gpu,i dont really mind if my gpu is a bit underpowered for the cpus im looking at because i will EVENTUALLY upgrade it.
