Long-time SolidCore member opening my own small pilates studio. what software runs SolidCore and what should I actually use at my scale?
I've been a SolidCore member for three years (West Coast studios, ~3x per week, all the \[50\] / \[200\] level instructors are bookmarked in my calendar). Background in physical therapy, decided to open my own small pilates & barre studio next year. single location, planning to start at 30-40 members and grow.
Sitting here with the SolidCore booking app open this morning realising I've never actually thought about what soft͏ware is running it. The experience is so smooth. class booking, waitlist auto-promotion, the schedule navigation, the post-class survey, the auto-charge on missed cancellation. that I want my own studio to feel like that for my members.
Questions for the community:
1\. Does anyone here actually know what plat͏form SolidCore runs on? I've heard MB / Glo͏fox but I'm not sure if that's the corporate version or something else.
2\. More importantly: what would actually make sense for a single-location pilates studio starting at 30-40 members? I'm guessing the full enterprise version of whatever SolidCore uses is overkill and overpriced for that scale.
Is there anything about the SolidCore experience that you DON'T like, that I should design AROUND in my own studio?
