Enjour

Everyone knows the ancient wisdom. "Let food be thy medicine." "What you think, you become." "Healthy body, healthy mind."

I knew all of it. Still couldn't explain why some days felt effortless and others felt like I was running on empty.

The problem is not that the wisdom is wrong. The problem is that it is completely impersonal.

Nobody tells you which food is medicine for you.

Which thoughts drain your energy.

Which activities refuel your specific mind and body.

So I built Enjour to figure that out.

THE IDEA IS SIMPLE

Log three things - food, thoughts, and relaxation - with a quick energy rating before and after. Each log takes under 30 seconds.

No calorie counting. No macro targets. No step goals.

Just one question: did this give me energy, or take it?

Over time, Enjour uses Al to surface patterns in your own data.

What reliably boosts your energy. What drains it.

WHAT I LEARNED BUILDING THIS ALONE

This is my first consumer app. I work on it 1-2 hours on weekdays (after office hours) and most of the weekend. The hardest part was not the code. It was resisting the urge to make it complex.

Every feature I removed made the app better.

Enjour is free to download on iOS. Android coming soon.
