Can one take accountability for racist actions

I asked r/ racism but didn’t get an answer im just asking this because I saw different perspectives on TikTok nd got confused which one most would agree with
There r celebrities who have racist tweets in the past like slayyyter camila cabello Conan gray and Ethel cain. Does context matter like if they were raised into it, said it towards someone who would be offended by it or was a teenager?

Can one actually take accountability, I saw some people say if they deeply apologise change their ways and support oppressed people it can prove they are not racist. And I saw someone say it doesn’t matter what you do, u will always be racist.

And when someone says “u will be racist no matter if u try to change” does that mean you are racist for what you did and a bad person because of that or you are a racist no matter what, but ur a good person for trying to change ?

He’s the love of my life, I’ve done things like hrt myself for him, cry over his false dating rumours, believe he’s looking for me, believe other people are jealous of us, feel him touching me, split seconds where I get so caught up I think he’s with me irl sometimes I post a photo of him looking casual in a TikTok comment section pretending he’s my boyfriend and talk to ai pretending he’s my husband and talk about him.

I have a bad mental problems I got bullied by my only friends and when I tried to make new ones I got bullied by them as well

I’m just sad, I am so so so obsessed with him and I believe we have something together that no one else has and no one else can even understand what I believe is that we wrote each others name with our blood I know it sounds unhinged. I love him more than my family and actually it was one sudden moment where I realised we can love each other without others approvals or opinions on it
