In app State Farm Payment Issues
Is anyone else having this problem?
For the past couple years, I've been able to use the State Farm mobile app to use Google Pay with a Krogers card to get 5% cash back on insurance payments.
However, this month's bill, when attempting to pay in app says "You can't make this payment in the app right now. We're making some updates to fix this. If you need to make a payment now, visit the website. We apologize for this extra step! You'll be able to make a payment when our new app version is available."
The version of the app I have is the latest. Is anyone else having this same problem, and does anyone have any idea how long it's going to be before the next version is released? Otherwise I'll have to go back to getting only 2% back until this problem resolves itself.
