In my next surgery, I’d like to get a thigh lift and either a breast augmentation or a breast lift. But before that, I really want to get this area removed. What would that procedure involve? Has anyone here had it done?

I’m confused because I don’t know if it’s just fat, excess skin, accessory breast tissue, or something else. I’ve seen a lot of people get this area treated, so I’m curious about what it actually is.

I’m attaching photos from now at 23 years old, and the first picture is from when I was 2. I’ve had this since I was little :(

It makes me feel very insecure; I can't wear tops that show it because it's very noticeable.

I'd like to hear about your experiences if you've had an arm or thigh lift. I'm looking for surgeons in Spain and Turkey, and I even looked at Dr. Velimvasakis's work in Greece and am considering it. But I don't know, I'm partly afraid of traveling back from the surgery in case something goes wrong afterward.
I'm from Madrid, Spain.
Any testimonials or experiences would be greatly appreciated xx
