[25F] Considering Breast Augmentation for size + minor lift – Implants vs. Fat Transfer?

Hi everyone,
I’m a 25-year-old female currently looking into options to increase my breast size. On top of wanting more volume, I feel like my breasts have a bit of a saggy appearance, and I’m having trouble figuring out which procedure would be best for my goals.
I’ve been reading about Breast Implants versus Fat Transfer (Fat Grafting), but I’m confused about which one addresses both volume and shape better.

A few details about me and what I'm looking for:
I am 25F, no kids yet, stable weight.

Goal: Bigger size + a perkier/fuller upper shape.

Unsure about: Whether fat transfer provides enough "lift" or if implants are better for structural support.

For those who have had either procedure (or a combination):
Did fat transfer give you any noticeable lift, or did you need a Mastopexy (breast lift) as well?

How much size increase did you actually retain with fat grafting?

If you had mild sagging, did implants alone fix the projection/lift, or was a lift required?

Any advice on what to ask during initial consultations?

TIA for any advice or experiences you can share!

How to socially navigate taking 2.5 weeks off for rhinoplasty - my husband works at my workplace

I know questions like these are probably asked a lot “what do you tell people?” etc… and I’ve seen many answers are to just not tell anyone at all because people probably won’t notice.

To me, my dorsal hump is quite noticeable as well as the size of my nose. I plan on getting a rhinoplasty in a few months, and I’m trying to figure out what to tell people, if at all. Biggest caveat about “not telling people” is that my husband and I share the same workplace. We have all the same coworkers. The atmosphere where I work is pretty close knit and “fun”. I wouldn’t necessarily mind if people knew, but I also don’t want to draw unnecessary attention or judgement to myself. Any advice…?

Implant size?

Hey guys, what size of implants do you think I’d need in order to achieve a goal like hers?

Breast shape post lift /aug (6mo)

Hey everyone, I’m six months out from my surgery and overall it’s checked a lot of boxes. I feel like clothes look a lot better on me. I feel much more balanced, but one thing that I have been harping on is the shape. I know that it takes about six months to a year, but I see so many people on here whose breast shape looks like perfectly round right out of the gate! The first picture is my results and the second picture is kind of more what I was expecting. I have an appointment with my surgeon just to talk about it, but I thought it might be nice to hear from the community.

Is surgery the only way to fix this? 47 year old for reference

I lost a lot of weight pretty quickly through just diet and exercise and now have the dreaded turkey neck. Is there any other way to fix this or is it too pronounced and surgery is the only option?

best method to close face piercing hole?

I have a small indent leftover from a medusa piercing I took out back in 2021. I had only had the piercing for 2 years, but it left a small indent where the piercing was. I'd like it closed up because I am an actor, but I am not sure of the best method. Some are saying a plastic surgeon can excise, and some are saying laser. Unsure of the depth of it, but it does not go all the way through. It looks like a freckle at times but in certain lighting it is very visibly deep. Any recs for how to move forward?

Continued redness after lip filler?

To summarize quickly, the first time I got filler was about two years ago. Ever since, I have had this persistent redness/blushing (almost looks like chapped lips) right above my top lip. It never goes away fully, but definitely can look more intense depending on weather, etc. I’ve tried to do research, but it doesn’t seem to be a common issue so not a lot out there. At times I feel a little insecure bc some people ask about it 🥲

Has anyone else experienced this? Also, any suggestions for treatments? I’ve looked into laser but I’m unsure whether it would be effective for this or not because I’m not entirely sure what’s going on. I followed up with the med spa I went to and they were puzzled because they hadn’t seen this happen before.

Unhappy with my whole mouth area

I feel like something is off with my jaw and mouth. When I smile it's completely crooked, and I often feel like I have an underbite shaped jaw, but my teeth don't have an underbite. I'm worried my only solution is jaw surgery.

Things I'd like to fix are upper lip volume, they look weak from the side, but I'm worried lip filler it will look weird because I feel like I don't need it from the front?

I've also considered upper lip botox, but I don't know if it will fix the crookedness. I've also wondered if masseter botox would help, and I have TMJ on top.

I've considered chin filler or some way to add some more dimension.

I really hate my gummy smile, and if filler or botox could help that I'd be over the moon.
TIYA!

Botox gave me crazy deep cheek dimples when I smile. Can this be fixed?

I really need some advice from an experienced injector, dermatologist, plastic surgeon, or anyone who has dealt with something similar.
I recently got a little Botox in my upper cheek/eye area and around my eyebrows. I already had a tiny upper cheek “whisker dimple” on my left side, but after Botox I suddenly developed one on my right side too.
Now whenever I smile, even slightly, BOTH of them become insanely deep. I can actually feel the muscles around that area pulling/straining when I smile, which makes me wonder if the Botox changed the muscle balance around my eyes and cheeks and now something else is overcompensating.

My main question: is this actually fixable? Could Botox in a different muscle soften these dimples, or could that mess with my smile even more? Is there another treatment that makes more sense?
I really want to get rid of them, but I absolutely do not want to start randomly adding Botox and make the situation worse.
Would really appreciate professional opinions or experiences from anyone who has had this happen.

Before → 1 year after primary → revision cast removal

I wanted to share my rhinoplasty journey so far! First photo is before my primary, second is comparing one month & one year post-op. Sadly, my tip dropped significantly after a few months due to cartilage warping, and I developed scar tissue that created a bump. Third photo is my revision at cast removal after my surgeon removed the scar tissue and reconstructed/rotated my tip. I expected a ton of swelling, but he confirmed I’m barely swollen aside from a little in the tip. My upper lip is still stiff, so he said the nose will settle slightly as that resolves. Still extremely early, but I’m so happy with the result so far.

He confirmed he used a rigid septal extension graft and reassured me I shouldn’t experience the same issue again. I’ll be taping as instructed, and if scar tissue develops again, we’ll treat it with steroid injection. I know it’s usually discouraged to go to the same surgeon for a revision, but I had paid a significant amount of money during my primary at a Beverly Hills surgeon because I trusted his work a lot and he was my dream surgeon for so long. I’m sad that I experienced these issues during my primary, cartilage warping like that is considered rare, but I understand there’s always a risk with any surgery and I’m glad he immediately offered to fix it for free.

Looking for recommendations on surgeons

I’m helping my partner research this because she is overwhelmed by doing research. She really wants implants and we live in the PNW where prices seem to be much higher than other places. So we are considering possibly Mexico or Miami where we hear costs are lower. Obviously you hear some horror stories about Mexico but then we also have heard really positive stories. Miami is obviously a safer choice but then I read recently it’s not as cheap as it was a few years ago there. Can anyone help point us in the right direction? It is kinda overwhelming.

What can I do about my under eye hollowness?

I went it for under eye filler the other day and they said it’s too dangerous as the hollowness is close to my eyes. I don’t wanna do RFP or treatments like that because I wanna fix the hollowness, not the darkness. What other solutions do I have

Can i get away with just arm lipo?

I’m in my early 20s and I’m really unhappy with the fullness of my arms. I’m considering arm lipo, but I’m very hesitant about getting an arm lift because I don’t want a long, permanent scar.
From the photos, do you think I could potentially get a good result with lipo alone, or does it look like I have enough loose skin that an arm lift would be necessary?
For anyone who has had arm lipo in a similar situation:
Did you have loose skin afterward?
How noticeable are your scars?
Would you choose lipo alone again?
Has anyone had a mini/limited arm lift instead of a full brachioplasty?
I’d especially appreciate experiences from people who were in their 20s and had similar arms. I know I need an in-person consultation, but I’d love to hear what others think before I book one.

6 weeks post op revision rhinoplasty

I’m already happy with my results , is it true that the swelling will continue to go down dramatically over the next couple of months?

Ffs typed this all out frustrated

Right so I have lost 186lb and maintained for 2 years. I have fluctuated as low as 100lb up to like 130lb im 5ft1 when I was 100lb my stomach was so flat even with loose skin. It went incredibly wrinkled but it laid to a size 6 (US 2) but unfortunately my face and breast ls were gaunt and skin sacks. When im about 130 my face looks great and my boobs do but my belly is huge . This all matters because I want lipo I do NOT want a tummy tuck. It’s very expensive, I am a single mum to a 4 year old that won’t understand she can’t climb all over mummy. And it’s a lot of down time. I also don’t want the massive incision im 40 im not gonna be showing off my belly button anytime soon. I have asked 3 surgeons and they all have said no but I wasn’t allowed to speak to any of them and they’re Turkish/lithuanion. One said it won’t make a difference, one said it’s not safe but not why. All of them said it won’t be a flat stomach and I told them I know that and sent them a pic of me at 100lbs it’s dramatically different the size of my middle. It makes so much sense to me and I don’t get what im doing wrong?

Pics me at my biggest, blonde one is me at 100lb and the pic with the big stomach is 9st something the pretty face ones are me at 9st and the last is my 100lb face so horribly gaunt the purple dress is my 100lb stomach too.

EDIT : now someone has explained about the blood supply I have got my answer. Lipo is a no. I’m not saying 40 is too old for a tummy tuck it’s my own personal cut off anyone that’s got one and had a positive experience I love that for you. Wasn’t trying to shit on anyone’s dreams but we all have things that matter to us. Wasn’t trying to offend anyone maybe I should have left that reason out! I say the same about having another kid but it’s because im a tired 40 year old. Not because its too old for a child

Do I have tubular breasts?

I have always found my breasts out of shape and sagging. I also struggled a lot with breastfeeding due to lack of milk supply. Recently I came across a reddit post on tuberous breasts and many things sounded similar to what I have. Can anyone suggest if I have tuberous breasts?

I had a breast lift 1 year ago. Posting to show scarring. Hoping to inspire any ladies contemplating surgery. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. Down one cup size. From DDD to DD 🙌🏻
