4 weeks after upper& lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting by Dr.Ina Kola Albania

Patient was concerned about aging process and looking tired. After the consultation we decided she will benefit from upper and lower blepharoplasty and because she had some volume loss in the cheeks, I recommended her to add some micro and nanofat to the cheeks and also to smooth the transition from the cheeks to the periorbital area.

Surgery
Upper blepharoplasty involved only skin excision and lower blepharoplasty was done through transcutaneous way, because I removed fat from nasal and central fat pads also skin but very conservative. After that I harvested fat from lower belly, around 30 ml, after washing with saline and decantation, a part of it was filtrated with 2.4 mm connector to reduce it to microfat size. 3 ml of microfat was injected into the cheeks per side. The remaining fat was passed through a 1.2 mm connector for a minimun 30 passes and than a single pass through a filter mash 0,4 mm. Nanofat was then injected to the teartrough area.
Day 7 sutures were removed
After 14 days most of the swelling goes down
Day 21 started the silicon gel cream
Photos are 1 month apart.
The scar is a little red but the healing process is normal. The scar will start to fade from week 6 to 8, depending on the patient.
Photos were taken in the clinic with natural light. The before photo was taken during the day and the after photos was taken in the afternoon.
