Medial thigh lift and lipo

I am 9 days post op from a medial horizontal thigh lift. I greatly under estimated what I was getting into. I’m sorry but most of this is me ranting because I feel like I’m going crazy, locked up at home with little mobility and socialization. Please also excuse some of the unkempt pictures but I cannot shave right now.

First couple days, I could slowly get up and move around myself, but there is absolutely no sitting (including on the toilet), just can’t physically be done. So I recommend a female urinal. You need to be in a reclined position, but that still puts some pressure on the gluteal incisions, and when you are not doing anything all day but resting, my butt has really been hurting. I get up everyone hour to walk around but, still getting back into position is uncomfortable.

I only needed opioid pain medicine for one day, then it was Tylenol, which I have now stopped too.
The more the bandages came off, the more anxiety I am having over the incisions, it’s making me think maybe I should have just gotten a vertical thigh lift, as the scars seem easier to deal with and maybe there is more post op mobility. Particularly, my right gluteal incision is worrying me the most. I have a lot of anxiety over wound dehiscence and it’s so hard to see it. I have been applying Bactrim and aquaphor.

I feel like I have cabin fever. My mother was with me initially for about 4 days but I’ve been alone since and I live alone. I also usually workout 4-5 times a week with half of that cardio and it’s so difficult to not be able to workout, and the thought is killing me knowing it’s going to be weeks before I can.

Here is also something that I did not really see when I initially researched thigh lifts. Labia distortion. My labia was stretched down towards the groin crease now (pic). My vagina now feels like a cold cavern and I’m hoping that possibly after all the scaring and swelling goes down that it retracts at least a little bit, but I’m not confident. Even putting on underwear is uncomfortable and I can only describe that it feels like a Barbie doll, nothing is there anymore except my exposed labia minora.

After everything is said and done, I know (hope) everything is going to look good and I’ll be fine. But this post op recovery is not for faint of heart and I applaud all those who have multiple procedures at the same time and are still sane and healthy.

Will the incisions look better soon? Has anyone had a medial thigh lift with the puckered gluteal and groin incisions?

Are all my hormones just too low?

I’ve suspected I’ve haven’t been ovulating for some time. I got inito this month and my pdg levels just flat line the whole month, 4 days after “peak” and still nothing. On top of that, the numbers for estrogen, LH and FSH seem barely there.
I have a history of abnormal periods, my cycle would come when it wants, 30-70ish days. I started taking myo inisitol and d chiro inositol daily and that has really made my period this year regular, every 30 days. But I only menstruate for about 1-2 days.
I’m not sure what to do, is there supplements for natural progesterone? Should I be taking something else? I feel this confirms my suspicions but defeated at the same time.

I’m getting my blood drawn in a couple days to check serum progesterone.

Has anyone been successful with these low hormone numbers?
