2 LH surges and no PDG detected yet

Hi, this is my second cycle using Inito. The first one appeared pretty normal / typical. This cycle detected 2 LH surges and no PDG detected yet. I am now on day 27 of cycle and 9 days after my LH surge. Estrogen seems to keep going up. Not sure if this is an ambulatory cycle.

I need help

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all having a good day. ❤️
I thought I ovulated well this cycle and tracked everything pretty closely. I took two pregnancy tests—one at 10 DPO and another at 11 DPO—and both were negative.
Is there still a possibility that I could be pregnant, or should I just assume this cycle didn’t work and try again next cycle? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences! 💕

Bfp - 4th cycle using inito!!

So excited to see double lines after my first pregnancy loss in June. This is the 4th cycle using inito and trying all together. I got treated for ureaplasma and hsg this cycle, really thought I was out because we missed peak but got a faint positive on 11dpo that darken today on 12dpo!! It is darker than the last pregnancy on 11-12dpo and inito chart is looking good as well. I never have pdg that high despite supplementing with progesterone suppositories in other cycles as well. Probably will stop testing on inito now, just so then I won’t spiral if I see my pdg fluctuating.

Update:
8/19 got hcg 33 and progesterone is 30 on 12dpo. Much higher than my 23hcg and 6 progesterone on 16 dpo on my last pregnancy. I know this is only the start, anything can happens but I refuse to let fear rob the joy of a positive test despite being an anxious type A person!! My 🌈 baby!!

Moving body during TWW

What does everyone feel okay doing for exercise during the TWW? I usually do a bounce class on an individual trampoline but I’m concerned it’s too intense for the implantation period. Am I just nervous or is there truth/science/anecdotes people are aware of on what level and kind of fitness to do during this time? Thanks everyone

Looking for advice:

My husband (34M) and I (31F) have been TTC on and off since February last year. We actively tried for about 5 months, conceived, and unfortunately miscarried at 7–8 weeks in September.
We tried again in October and November without success, then took a break from December through April due to some health concerns. We started trying again in May and have now had 4 unsuccessful cycles. The first 2 cycles, we were mainly following the Flo app. For the most recent 2 cycles, I’ve been tracking much more closely with Inito, inexpensive OPKs, and BBT. I’ve seen my LH surge, confirmed ovulation, a PDG rise that stays elevated, and the expected BBT shift.
I recently saw an OB-GYN in Indiana who said that since I’ve conceived before and haven’t been consistently trying for a full year, I can continue trying naturally. She also gave me the option of Letrozole/Clomid whenever I feel ready.
However, I’d really like to have some basic fertility testing done before continuing to try blindly—especially hormones, ovarian reserve, uterus, and whether my fallopian tubes are open (HSG/HyCoSy). I’d also like my husband to have a semen analysis.
Would you recommend seeing an OB-GYN or going directly to a reproductive endocrinologist/fertility clinic for this?
Also, for those in Indiana/US, how did you manage the cost if your insurance doesn’t cover fertility clinics? Are there affordable options or insurance plans that cover diagnostic testing?
Every month has become emotionally and physically exhausting, so I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been through something similar.

Additional: I have been taking folic acid 1mg prescribed by gynecologist, coq10 (NUISM) , myo and d chiro inositol (wholesome story) , vitamin c 1000, vitamin e 400 iu (naturewise), methyl b12 1000mcg, baby and me (megafoods), vitamim d3 and k2 1000 iu, magmesium glycinate 200mg, Alaskan omega 3 fish oil, and mucinex around the ovulation window.

The hormones are hormoning 👀

Boy am I proud of my body this cycle! This looks beautiful! I just wish inito gave me more of a warning for my fertile window but it’s only my second month using inito so they’re still getting used to me I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️ Too bad I can’t baby dance this cycle. I mean I’m gonna try but we haven’t been able to yet n I doubt it’s gonna work out today 😭 I’m still SO happy with my chart this cycle. E3g maxed out n lh almost maxed out. 😮‍💨

EDIT: chat actually just told me that 40 IS the max for inito’s lh measurement 👀 GO ME!!!!

Early pregnancy bleeding or period?

Very excited with our faint positives throughout the day yesterday (yes I took these all in one day) but then started bleeding last night. It's heavier than just spotting but doesn't look like a period? My PDG rose overnight and my LH is higher than baseline. Tests are still positive this morning! Has anyone experienced this and how did it turn out? Doctors appointment scheduled today.

Concerned about PdG levels

How is my chart looking? I am concerned about PdG levels. They seem to be way lower than the charts I see here. I am currently 10DPO, TTC. Is late ovulation a concern? Late, as it is not on the usual Day-14. Please let me know your view and opinions. My cycles have been irregular since TTC (which is so weird) They can be from 28 to 39 days.

Can ovulation really be confirmed 8DPO?

My levels weren’t really looking great this month, and I was sick with a fever during my ‘peak’ window, so I had kind of just written this month off. For context I have PCOS with irregular cycles.

My E3G and LH levels are much lower than previous confirmed ovulations, but does this data look somewhat normal?

Low PdG? Cycle interpretation help!

My wife and I are planning our first at home insemination with frozen sperm next month. For the past year I have been doing a lot to prepare including tracking my lh and bbt each month. My cycle has always been regular, only varying in length by a few days. I usually have my lh peak on the 12 or 13 day, later if it’s a longer cycle, and get a confirmed ovulation with bbt 1-2 days after. I was feeling confident about the consistency but with our first attempt coming up I decided to spend extra for an Inito tracker to get a full picture of my cycle.

I have only used the Inito for one cycle, I started on day 6 and have been using it with my first morning urine every day (currently day 20), I have also been using lh strips (twice a day around peak). I noticed that my lh peak seemed very small, but it was also less than it usually is on the regular strips (Premom app). I think this is because I used first morning urine and in the past I always used my second after 10am because that is when lh shows up best. So I wasn’t too concerned about it.

But my concern is that my PdG seems very low. This is the first time tracking this so I don’t know how to interpret it. I’m worried that my ovulation is happening but my progesterone won’t support a pregnancy. I don’t want to push off our planned insemination next cycle, but I also don’t want to waste the expensive sperm. Any advice or tips on raising progesterone without waiting for a prescription or on my cycle in general would be really appreciated!!

*next month I plan to use the Inito with the first morning urine and then use an lh strip with my second urine then again in the evening.

BFP: 2nd cycle TTC

I just got a BFP! I’m very excited because it’s only our 2nd cycle TTC. I have a history of endocrine issues, so I decided to get Inito before TTC. I’ve been tracking my cycles for 4 months.

I was very surprised to get a BFP on only 6 DPO. I hope it’s just that Inito miscalculated my ovulation day and not anything scary. I made the mistake of Googling this and have gotten results about ectopic pregnancies, so now of course I’m spiraling. I’ve also had some spotting for 3 days. Hoping for the best and trying to not let my anxieties get the best of me!

Getting pregnant with a GLP1

I’ve been seeing a lot of stuff in the news that glp1s are helping with fertility, has anyone started and as a result gotten pregnant?

I almost want to go on one but I also have seen you shouldn’t be on one if you’re TTC

Bfp - 4 months post mc & 3 years infertility 🥹

I really can’t believe it! My last pregnancy in March I tested positive by 8dpo - which I know is early but when this month 9dpo came around with no symptoms and no positive and a drop in hormones I threw myself a pity party and figured it was a bad cycle.

Yesterday I took a test out of obligation bc I wanted to stop taking my progesterone. When my estridol rose i figured might as well take an hcg test. Those came back surprisingly positive.

This is my 2nd iui. My first was my last success in March that was a loss. Before that was 2.5 years of nothing but negatives. Idk why my body only likes iui now but I’m so happy lightening struck twice now!

Help interpret?

This is my first cycle using Inito, does it look like my body is trying to ovulate again? Was that a real lh surge the first time? Is it weird that my estrogen keeps rising? Any thoughts appreciated

I’m so confused has this happened to anyone?

So I had my peak about 15 days ago. My numbers were fairly low but Inito never detected a rise in pdg. So I assumed I did not ovulate this cycle. But then today I noticed very fertile mucus so I decided to test. Attached are my numbers is this a second surge? I’m on CD 40 (normally have long cycles) tested -

3 months using Inito after miscarriage and it’s positive!

I became pregnant in Jan 2027 without trying and it ended in miscarriage around 7 weeks. I had never tracked and had no idea how this all worked. So I decided to use Inito mainly to educate myself and learn how my hormones worked. I gave myself 4 months to use it since it’s quite expensive. Yesterday at 9dpo I got my first positive on First response. Attaching my chart if helpful! My husband and I both started weekly acupuncture about 2 months ago. No idea if it actually helped but our insurance covers it and they give me a massage after so it’s basically why I keep going.

Absolutely gutted

Nothing really to say. Best chart in almost ever. Period was 5 days late. Was going to buy a test for after work today, period came just before lunch. Cramping, thick and clotty (my periods are normally pain free and relatively light).

I’m just so tired of this. F33 TTC for 2 years, initio for almost 1 year. Medically fine per RE for both me and my spouse
