BFP: my recipe + chart
Preface: I know that countless women do these same tips and tricks and still struggle with TTC, and my entire heart goes out to you.
Pregnant on TTC cycle #2 doing all of the below for 2 months:
Daily Supplements:
-Myo & D-Chiro Inositol (brand: Wholesome Story)
-CoQ10
-Prenatal (low budget Nature Made, still doing it now)
-Baby Aspirin (1/day)
-Mucinex (twice daily during fertile window, once daily otherwise)
-B complex (brand: Thorne)
-Vitamin C
-Omega 3
-Vaginal probiotic (brand: Opositiv)
-Vitamin D + K (brand: Needed)
Daily Practices:
-Red light therapy on my lower abdomen (brand: Lightstim) but NOT during TWW
-Legs up on the wall for 15 minutes before going to bed
-Pomegranate juice + Kiefer combo (approx 1 cup of each daily during the TWW)
-Went gluten-free to try to reduce any inflammation
-I’ve never been an early morning breakfast person but I started eating breakfast within 30-45 minutes of waking up. Usually a hard boiled egg with yogurt and homemade gluten-free granola. This keeps your blood sugar in check. Coffee after, never before a meal.
-Went from regular HIIT workouts to only long walks and Pilates a few times a week.
Amazon Purchases:
-Preseed lubricant
-Conception aid cup (seems like total BS but it worked the month that we bought it. I kept it inside for at least 15 minutes)
-I have an elevated pillow from a jaw surgery I had earlier in the year. I used that pillow to elevate my legs after sex for at least 15 minutes.
Tested positive on DPO 11, then again DPO 13 with a much thicker line.
I’m currently 7.5 weeks and BOY IS THE NAUSEA AS BAD AS THEY SAY IT IS. But overall feeling enormously blessed and grateful. All I can say is, don’t leave any stone unturned even if something sounds silly. 🙏🏼🩵
